YOUR CAKES LOOK GOOD, BUT DO THEY TASTE GOOD TOO?

The million dollar question - So glad you asked! YES! Our cakes are made using only high-quality ingredients including real butter, milk, flour, sugar, eggs and fresh fruit and ingredients. We also outsource and use organic and locally grown ingredients when available! We are NOT your standard grocery or Costco store so no flash frozen cakes here. We are continuously taste testing new flavor combos to bring our clients the best.

DO YOU SELL SHEET CAKES, READY-MADE CAKES OR “BASIC”/SIM- PLE CAKES?

Sheet cakes are ONLY offered with a custom cake order. We pride ourselves on creating custom works of art, so we do not offer your basic cake. We enjoy working closely to our clients and making sure each cake reflects the recipient’s personality and sense of style. We create custom “centerpiece” cakes. Each celebration is unique and each centerpiece should be as well!

During any holidays there will holiday standard special menu for quick orders and that is advertised on our Instagram / Facebook pages!

DO YOU MAKE GLUTEN-FREE OR DIETARY CAKES?

As of right now we do not. We are working on creating additional gluten-free flavors. As for small desserts and chocolate desserts, some can be customized to meet gluten free and some dietary needs. Message us for more information or questions!

Yes, we deliver within 20 miles of our location (Altamonte springs) Depending on your delivery location, there may or may not be a fee. You can contact us for a delivery fee quote

Tastings And Ordering

HOW MUCH ARE CAKE TASTINGS, AND WHAT DO THEY ENTAIL?

For any large events (60+ guests )we do offer tasting. We do charge $25 per couple for tastings, but when you book your order with us, the $25 gets applied toward your order. We recommend that you bring in any pictures, invitations, etc., that may help us come up with something perfect for your event. You can choose 2-3 flavors for your tasting.

HOW CAN I ORDER A CUSTOM CAKE, CUPCAKES OR SWEET BOXES?

There are 4 ways to order! You can reach out via our Instagram or facebook page, call us, email us at info@vibrantcakes.com or through our CONTACT PAGE! Either way, we'll need ALL the details regarding your event in order to provide you with a quote. (Date, time, theme, colors, flavors, amount of servings needed, and any ideas or pictures you have for reference.)

HOW EARLY SHOULD I PLACE MY ORDER?

A cake order should be placed as soon as you have finalized all the details of your event (colors, theme, design, amount of servings, etc.). Since we are usually booked a few weeks (or sometimes months) in advance, we do encourage early ordering. (3-5 weeks advance notice is recommended, but we’re be happy to fit you in whenever our schedule permits.)

For sweet boxes & Cupcakes we recommend 2-3 weeks in advance to secure your order date

3-5 WEEKS – Seems a little intense!?

Our goal is to serve as many clients as we can, and we are in the business to do this! HOWEVER, 1. We ARE HUMANS, and there are only so many hours in the day. 2. We specialize in custom cakes and desserts! So generally speaking, people who book with us are usually planning parties/events well ahead of time! (NOT at the last minute.) We cherish all of our clients and would be HONORED to create an edible centerpiece for you. But please don't be mad at us if you wait until the last minute, or want a "SIMPLE CAKE", because we're booked. We take all the orders we can fit into our production schedule and try our best to accommodate all clients

Deposits Booking and Cancellations

IS A DEPOSIT REQUIRED TO PLACE AN ORDER?

Yes. We require a non-refundable 50% deposit to book your order. If your balance is not paid IN FULL one week prior to your event, you forfeit your deposit, and risk not being accommodated. If we are able to accommodate your order within 7 days of the event, full deposit is required.

WHY IS IT NON-REFUNDABLE?

Because remember when we told you we often book up weeks in advance. Well, there would not be a way for us to go back and get all of the customers we said “no” to, in order to replace a spot that was canceled. Your deposit ensures availability for you and we manage our entire team and production schedule based on orders once they are booked

BOOKING

After we discuss the details of your event and decide on a cake that you like, if you are interested in booking and would like to proceed, we would require a non-refundable 50% deposit to secure your date. The remaining balance must be paid in full one week prior to your event. The balance and deposit are NON-REFUNDABLE and NON-TRANSFER- ABLE, meaning you cannot cancel one date and then change it for another.

WHAT FORMS OF PAYMENTS DO YOU ACCEPT?

We accept Cash app, Venmo, Zelle, paypal (With a fee) and cash only. For your protection, we do NOT process credit card orders over the phone. However, for your convenience, we can email you an invoice for you to pay online.

WHAT IS YOUR REFUND/ CANCELLATION POLICY?

A non-refundable deposit of 50% is due upon order placement. Balance is due in full one week prior to your event. If an order is not picked up on the day of delivery or delivery is denied, the client is still responsible for the full balance of the order. We will make every attempt to contact you in the event of a missed pickup or denied delivery. If a cancellation is made less than one week prior to your event, the balance is still due in full. *Please understand that when you book an order, we decline other orders. If you cancel, that could result in thousands of dollars lost, just to accommodate your order (obviously, whether you cancel or not).
